Tottenham have been drawn to face Roma, Rangers and Hoffenheim in the group stage of the Europa League. The draw was made in Istanbul on Friday and pits Spurs against three of the strongest teams in the competition. Roma finished seventh in Serie A last season and will provide a tough test for Tottenham. They have a wealth of experience in European competition and will be looking to go far in this season's Europa League. Rangers are the Scottish champions and will be making their first appearance in the Europa League. They are a well-organized team and will be difficult to beat at Ibrox Stadium. Hoffenheim finished 11th in the Bundesliga last season and will be making their second appearance in the Europa League.
